The front desk is friendly, but the bathroom is moldy, the shower curtain is filthy, and the mattress is not clean. The app promised soundproofing, yet the room has none of it. Staff opened the door without permission while I was still inside, even though it wasn't time to check out.

Every day there are many people who cannot check into the booked hotel. It feels like a scam: people are lured by the advertisement of one hotel, only to be offered a completely different one.
