The place is close to Vitosha Blvd, and the host handled check‑in and check‑out personally, plus there’s a small smoker’s yard for relaxing. For a modest traveller staying just one night it’s acceptable and the price is good. However, the furnishings are worn, the pillow is thin, and the bed linens look washed‑out and somewhat dirty, with a bad odor. The owner conducts business from his bedroom, dressed inappropriately, sitting on an unmade bed—an unpleasant and unprofessional sight. Only cash is accepted.

The house is very close to the National Palace of Culture and Vitosha Boulevard, with the metro nearby and plenty of trams and trolleys; the owner was very polite and ready to help, and I think the price is very good. I would come again. It could use a bit of modernization and a new mattress.

The spot is spot‑on – right where you want to be. Unfortunately the beds felt like they were made of cheap foam; the mattresses were old and way too soft, so sleeping was a bit of a hassle. If they upgraded the bedding, it would be a solid stay.

The place has that little‑inn vibe and sits in a super convenient area, plus it’s quiet and you can hang out in the garden with a table and chairs. The air‑conditioning works fine and the TV offers a lot of channels, mostly sports. The only downsides are the missing fridge in the room – you have to use the shared one down the hall – and the blinds are a pain to pull up or down.

“Ужасно”

Nothing good to say – the room was filthy, smelled bad, cramped and uncomfortable. There wasn’t even a single hook or a proper wardrobe, just a tiny closet. I won’t be coming back.
