Amazing location, everywhere is within a 4-8 minute walk. The breakfast was a great addition each morning. Staff were lovely and accomodating, ensuring we had plans for each day and we had transfers for the airport booked and ready to go. The view also for the balloons was just amazing, best part of the trip. It isn’t overly sound proof, we heard many people at night and early morning talking. Obviously not the hotels fault however keep this in mind if you are a light sleeper

The hotel’s terrace offers a perfect morning view of the balloons. The staff were very friendly and eager to help, and they were also super useful when arranging parking for our rental car. The location in Göreme couldn’t be better. The cave rooms are very pretty and authentic. Top.

The cave hotel had a clean, beautifully designed room, though some rocks occasionally fell. The terrace had a rug and a panoramic view of the balloons. The coffee was delicious and always available, and the many cats and dogs were soothing. The balloon booking we made through the hotel was cancelled because the balloon didn’t fly. We really wanted to join the next day’s tour, but our limited English and lack of communication prevented us from getting a spot, and the tour was full. The bad reception signal in Cappadocia meant we didn’t get WhatsApp notifications from the hotel. I understand that you can’t book until the price is set, but since we had come all the way to Cappadocia to ride a balloon, I regret not saying “I’ll pay whatever it costs, just book me” right away. This is my regret, and I’m grateful to the staff who tried hard.

The city view was very good, and the service was excellent. The receptionists Ali and Haktan helped us at every step, booked our airport transfers, and even assisted with selecting excursions. Our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable; we spent three full days and wished we could stay longer.
