The two hosts are very kind and delightful, making you feel like you’re really at your grandparents’ house. There are a few steps to climb, but a convenient luggage lift is available. The room is spacious, clean, and opens onto a beautiful, wide terrace overlooking Acireale and Etna. The private indoor covered parking is extremely convenient. The only downside is that the bathroom is outside and not very practical; noise enters through the door because it’s not well insulated. Also, the uneven ground entering the courtyard is a problem, as a slightly “low” car scratches the oil pan even when moving very slowly.

The interior fully matches the exterior and the atmosphere of the baroque Achirale – a treat for connoisseurs! From the huge rooftop terrace, which you step onto directly from the bedroom, you get an incredible view of the city, the sea and Etna! The house sits right in the center, yet it’s quiet and has secure parking in the courtyard. Achirale is a lovely and peaceful town. The owner is extremely caring.

The location is perfect for walking around the sights, and parking is available in the backyard. The room is very nice and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is great, prepared with care. ❤️ The roof terrace is very large with views of the sea, the old town and Mount Etna. The owners were extremely friendly. Everything was good. ☺️
