The hostel sits in a central spot, but you have to be okay with the nightlife around the red‑light district. Everything was spotless, no unpleasant bathroom drain odors, no bugs, and the pool was cute with hot water. I did bring dinner back to the hostel, but I couldn’t eat in the room (which is fine) and wanted to eat indoors with the AC away from mosquitoes at night; the staff ended up making me eat outside. The room I stayed in had decent AC, but it had a weird smell. If you’re after a social vibe, this isn’t the place for you.

This is my fifth time staying at this hotel/hostel, and I recommend it at 200%.

We had a great time! The room was nice and the surroundings were lovely. The staff were very friendly and the pool was wonderful. We’ll definitely return!
