The room with the fireplace is very cozy, spacious, and clean. It’s clear the property is an old house that was recently renovated. The room with the fireplace is a bit damp and has a soot smell (which is normal with a stone fireplace). I’d recommend a dehumidifier and an air purifier.

I found everything perfect, ideal if you want to spend an evening in peace. We stayed there in Ruviano because of a nearby pizzeria. Our ground‑floor room was very warm and quiet. I have nothing to add.

The property is fully renovated. The room is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. The village is charming.
