Good location near Covington and restaurants, and I got a late check‑out. The air conditioning was noisy, the shower power was poor, pillows needed replacing, and breakfast ended early.

The rooms were spotless and the staff were friendly, but the breakfast didn’t live up to expectations.

The rooms and facilities were clean, but the first room we received was already occupied, so they upgraded us to a king suite instead of a regular king room. They also had to change us twice, and when I tried to pay the $50 incidentals via the check‑in link sent by text, the front desk claimed they couldn’t see the payment even though I showed them the pending transaction in my bank app.

The location was within 15 minutes of what I needed, but the furniture was outdated, the room wasn’t well cleaned or maintained—there were items on the wall from a previous guest, vents were covered in thick visible dust, and the rooms weren’t cleaned during my stay. The lighting was dim, the breakfast area was tiny with limited food options, and tea, coffee, or hot chocolate weren’t available throughout the day. The common seating area was cluttered with too many chairs, and the signs prohibiting eating in rooms felt unreasonable. The room was expensive and didn’t match the online photos.
