The breakfast was superb, the spot was spot‑on in our favorite part of Rome, the staff were friendly, the design was clean and modern, the air conditioning was the best we’d found in Italy, and the room carried a pleasant fresh scent. Nothing was wrong.

The spot was great, within walking distance of the Spanish Steps and luxury shops, and the price included free breakfast. The only downside was how far the guest house was from Vatican City, the Colosseum and the Pantheon; a taxi is advisable if you have a tight schedule for those sights.
