“Never stay here”

The place sits in a good spot. I was told I could only check in between 2 and 7, so I arrived at 3 and nobody was there to welcome me. I called the number and the staff acted like a jerk, claiming they'd sent me a message that they wouldn't be able to check me in until 5. I never received that message, and I was paying for a room but couldn't be checked in. Eventually someone was sent to let me in, but I had already paid a deposit online. They promised to call me later to finish the payment, but they never did and simply withdrew the money from my account. No receipt or confirmation came. I will never stay there again.

“Worst hotel experience of my life.”

There was nothing positive. The room smelled like smoke and urine, roaches were present, and I had to spend a lot of money to make it bearable. The odor was so strong it tainted everything I ate. The other guests were very loud, and I suspect they were using drugs.

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The only downside is that there's no coffee maker or dishes.

“They will cancel your reservation without notifying you”

Nothing positive. Our reservation was cancelled because they said they were "so overbooked," even though we had booked almost a month in advance. We received no notification or emails. Thankfully we tried to check in early, which gave us time to find another hotel nearby.

“A 4 because what i saw sounding inside .”

It was okay overall, but there were many other issues. The hallways smelled strongly of marijuana, and other guests had dogs that smelled awful.
