The staff at this hotel were friendly and welcoming, which was a highlight of my stay. However, the hotel's atmosphere was lacking, and the room was surprisingly small. Unfortunately, the hotel's cleanliness and overall ambiance fell short of my expectations.

“Not for another booking”

Despite the hotel's outdated infrastructure, which needed some serious renovations, the team's warmth and hospitality made a significant difference in my stay. Their genuine gestures and welcoming attitude made up for the hotel's shortcomings, and I appreciated their efforts to make me feel at home.

I was initially excited about my stay, but unfortunately, the hotel's condition was far from what I expected. The room was a nightmare, filled with ants, and the worker's efforts to clean it couldn't completely eliminate the problem. The broken and dirty windows, a broken bed, and an empty wall created a terrible atmosphere, making me question the hotel's three-star rating. Although the staff was friendly, the overall experience was a letdown, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to the spacious and clean room, which was a pleasant surprise. The fact that breakfast was included in the price was a bonus, and overall, I was satisfied with my stay. However, there was a minor issue with a loud group in the hallway, but the hotel staff handled it promptly once we brought it to their attention.
