The food, decor, and service at this hotel were all great, but there was one thing that threw me off - it wasn't entirely clear how and when to pay for things.
The staff here were really on top of things, and the food - breakfast, dinner, and afternoon tea - was all good, with great service to match.
The rooms and communal areas were all spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfy.
The location was fantastic, and the grounds were really beautiful.

Dinner and breakfast were superb. The room was amazing and the staff were super friendly! We wanted to use the spa but it was so busy we couldn't. I wish hotels would prioritize paying guests and check availability before guests arrive.
