Hotel GOLDEN TULIP ESSENTIAL PIK2 JAKARTA

We spent four nights in a double‑bed room, one of only two types the hotel offers, double‑bed rooms and family rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Cecilia, who was patient, attentive and accommodating. The spot is practical, with a street‑food area nearby and pharmacies and supermarkets within easy reach. Breakfast was tasty, with a wide variety of flavors. The exhibition grounds are only about a 5–10 minute drive away. The room was well designed, with thoughtful details, reasonably clean, comfortable beds, good lighting and gentle air conditioning, but it was relatively small and the shower was not separated from the rest of the bathroom. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel, especially for its friendly service, convenient location and comfortable beds.

“Nice personel and good breakfast”

We could change the room at arrival directly to a bigger one. The basic room was really small, with no closet or place to put your suitcases, so we switched rooms right away. There was no air‑conditioning in the lift, making it very warm.
