Great location. Warm friendly reception team and restaurant and bar staff. Life guard was welcoming and explained the use of the unique pool. Nothing was lovely and we would go again

The walk to the main centre isn’t too far, and the staff were friendly. No complaints.

The spot is great, but the rooms and hallways could use a fresh coat of paint.

Not a lot really; breakfast selection was poor and the cooked breakfast items were tepid; there was no socket near the mirror to use a hair dryer; the room was changed after the first night because there were no hanging hooks or towel rail in the bathroom; cocktails or liqueur coffee could not be served in the bar; the carpets did not look clean; fire doors were wedged open; the electro‑magnetic hold‑open device on the door in the wing stayed broken; the place was in need of much renovation; the manager we complained to was apologetic and did his best to ameliorate things and removed the breakfast charge from our bill.

The location was good, but the food was awful, many tables sent their food back to the kitchen; the hotel was tired and neglected and needs lots of improvements.
