The service was great.

The place seems to cater exclusively to Indian guests, making it extremely uncomfortable for Europeans. The building feels old and reeks as soon as you step inside. On the stairs you’ll find piles of dirty dishes left by previous guests. Our balcony room overlooked the restaurant and was unbearably noisy, even though there weren’t many guests, and the music’s source was unclear. Music in the restaurant should stop at 22:00, yet I had to call at 22:40 to have it turned off because sleep was impossible. It’s definitely not a quiet‑rest hotel. Breakfast was another story – only Indian food, sour milk in the thermos made the coffee curdle, coffee was single‑use only, and the watermelon sliced with a onion knife tasted terrible. We barely managed two nights out of the three we booked and left early, even though the price wasn’t cheap. By the time we stayed, the rates on the booking site were half what we had paid. The price‑to‑quality ratio is terrible. All the glowing reviews are from Indians; we travel a lot in Goa and this was a huge disappointment.

Location is not very far from the beach. But facilities are poorly managed. Staff are not very friendly. Break serves only at 830am causing delays for other planned activities for the day. Dinning tables and utensils weren’t clean. Even worse, staff said swimming pool water gets changed only once in 4 months. Didn’t like any thing

The location is very good and the service is friendly, but the bathroom needs a renovation and could be a bit cleaner.
