The location was good and the staff were friendly, but the room and price differed from what I had booked, the price was higher than expected, and I received a handheld handicap shower instead of what I wanted; the staff said they couldn’t help because I had made my reservation.

Overall, the experience was very good: clean, comfortable, polite, respectful, and exactly as expected. It’s perfect for traveling professionals, retirees on the move, or families on vacation—though you always end up paying the bill. The only drawback was that the breakfast menu was excellent, but I would have liked some Beacon as an option.
