The room was very comfortable and the host was nice. The property is beautiful with lake views. However, our room was on the first floor and the house sits on a slope – there are quite a few steps if you have a lot of luggage – the owner offered help to carry. There was no breakfast option. We received an espresso in the morning – the location is outside of town.

We were warmly welcomed by our hosts, so we felt right at home at the Xhuli Guesthouse immediately. Our room was very clean and the air conditioning worked well. The lake view from the well-maintained garden was beautiful. To our child’s delight, many turtles lived in the garden, so we could do many turtle safaris right outside the door. A lakeside bathing spot is only 5 walking minutes from the guesthouse. A restaurant is right next to the house. Thank you for letting us stay in such a lovely guesthouse!

The house offered an amazing view of the lake, even more breathtaking at sunrise and sunset, a beautiful and clean room, and lovely hosts—perfect for a quiet stay just minutes from Shköder! The only downside was the many stairs to climb to reach the house.
