Convenient, comfortable, good location near shops and the subway, food easy to find. It would be better if toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided in the room.

Need some more breakfast items. The canteen staff could improve their gestures.

The location is good, close to 24‑hour restaurants and the MRT. The TV is ancient, has no apps, and the screen is dull. Breakfast was cold, except for the rice porridge and toast. They only turned on the warmer on our last day after I asked (instead of suggesting it). The noodles and stir‑fry were then quite nice.

The place is very clean, near the metro, night market, and a useful shopping centre, but a fair distance from the town centre. The bed is comfortable and the reception staff are pleasant. The room is very small and depressing, like a box without any pictures or colour. The pool is not working, and the free breakfast was so bad I didn’t bother with it on the second day—cold fried eggs and no fruit.
