“Very poor”
The location is very near the town, but the bed sheet wasn’t clean and the pillows had a very bad smell.

The price was the only thing that mattered. The hotel is truly awful; it doesn't even deserve a free stay.
The location sits on a narrow road, yet the surrounding area is still reachable. The heater only works part of the day, not 24 hours.
I didn't enjoy this 3‑star place at all.

The spot is great, close to the KSRTC stand in Munnar with shops and restaurants nearby, but the bathroom lacked ventilation and smelled bad. Towels, soap, and hot water were missing.
