“Outstanding hospitality and incredible personal touch!”

We stayed at Hotel Regina Margherita and it was a great experience; the place was spotless, cozy, and situated in a safe, quiet, and pleasant area. Jomar at the front desk was especially helpful—he sorted a booking mix‑up with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care, finding us a comfortable double room with a standard bed so our arrival was stress‑free. He also gave us excellent local tips for sights, restaurants, and Rome logistics, making the trip memorable. The room was a bit small and faced the inner courtyard, and opening the window let in some street noise, but closing it fixed the issue thanks to good soundproofing. Overall, the cleanliness and Jomar’s service made up for the minor drawbacks.

The stay was excellent! I loved the service, and when I was still checking out before catching another bus back to my city, they let me stay longer without any problem! No complaints.

“A estadia foi muito boa, se voltarmos a Roma pretendemos ficar lá novamente.”

The hotel staff were excellent and we were treated well from before the trip began, when we arranged a late check‑in for our flight, all the way through to the end of our stay. It’s outside the city center but reachable by bus/car or metro (the metro gets crowded during rush hour, as noted). The hotel doesn’t offer a full breakfast, but it provides complimentary coffee, cappuccino or tea and a stuffed bread roll. Everyone was friendly and courteous, and Jomar was especially helpful. The Wi‑Fi was a bit slow in our room, so we ended up using 5G for the duration of our stay.

Otelin konumu ve personelleri çok iyi, temizlik de gayet iyi. Havalandırma yeterli değil, kötü koku geliyor. Ayrıca sabah uçağım vardı erken çıkmak zorundaydım ama asansör 23:00-7:30 arası çalışmadığından valizimi çekmek zorunda kaldım. Resepsiyon da devamlı açık değil

Everything was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I received the best room even though I had booked a lower category—full marks! I’ll definitely book again. GRAZIE!!!
