Check‑in was fast, even early, and the staff were extremely friendly—an absolute 10+. We were a party of six and they quickly arranged a suitable table for breakfast; the service was top. The breakfast area was a bit cramped for so many people and the breakfast itself still needs improvement; we missed scrambled eggs, which are now standard elsewhere. Personally I was a bit high‑level complainer, but our friends complained a lot 🙈—otherwise we were very satisfied.
