I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The frequent power cuts and unclean rooms made for an unpleasant experience. The reception staff took an excessively long time to process my payment, including taxes, and the food served was cold. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to blame the cold food on the fact that they were ordering it from outside, despite their own menu boasting their in-house cuisine.
