The location was perfect, being only two minutes from the station, which was very convenient. I didn’t understand why we were told to leave our key when we went out.

The location was good and the staff were very courteous and friendly. The cleanliness was also good. The rooms are in dire need of renovation and are small; for the price paid, you should expect something else. The value for money is extremely poor.

The hotel fit my needs perfectly: the location next to Nara’s train station was great and the room had everything I required. It worked in a simple way. The indoor air quality, however, was quite bad; the air didn’t circulate properly and there was a stale smell even though I used the room’s air conditioner and separate air purifier.

The JR Nara station is a convenient access point, but I felt the front‑desk staff's service varied significantly.
