I appreciated the efficient room service for every meal or drink. The garden, pools, and spacious room were highlights. The location is far from shops and restaurants, and it is very close to the loud speaker of the adjacent mosque, so morning prayers at 4.30 am were extremely loud in the room.

The view was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the lamps in the room were nice. The common area and garden were also appealing. The shower could have been a little warmer, and too much natural light seeped into the bedroom early in the morning even with the curtains closed. It was sometimes a little cold at night.

The garden was nice. The restaurant offered good food, but the portions were small.

We booked the family villa and it’s very nice to have 3 bedrooms for our group of 8 people. Plenty of hot water, breakfast is good. The Wi‑Fi is not working great, and it would be nice to have AC in the room. Please note that Gradia 1 is very close to the mosque.

I had some mixed feelings about this hotel. On the one hand, it had a lot of potential charm, with hot water, a comfortable mattress, and a lovely garden. However, there were some significant issues that detracted from my stay, including the lack of coffee available, a room infested with mosquitoes, and unresponsive staff who didn't answer the phone. To make matters worse, I had to wait a long time to check in because the person in charge and admin were located elsewhere.
