The staff were very welcoming and well‑trained, and the place was very clean. The receptionist and waiters were kind and professional. The location is easy to reach. The dinner and the restaurant were a dull industrial cafeteria with nothing special or decent. The building looks very kitschy, suited for older people.

The pool and the location were great, yet the spa showed no maintenance—both the grotto and the Turkish bath smelled mouldy and unpleasant. I’d stayed here two years ago when the spa was spotless, so the current state was disappointing, and the reception gave us incorrect information.
