The cleaning was awful and the property was damaged.
I didn't hear any noise from other rooms or the staff, but the place was filthy, lacking basic hygiene, and no services were offered—no water bottle or toiletries, only one working plug, and the Wi‑Fi kept dropping.
Nothing to say good. We were denied a room because they claimed no AC rooms were available.
