A private terrace is part of the suite, and the unit includes a well‑fitted kitchenette with refrigerator, oven, microwave and kitchenware. The living area and separate bedroom provide two beds, with an extra bed available to accommodate up to three guests. The private bathroom features a bathtub and free toiletries. Climate control is provided by air conditioning, and entertainment options include a flat‑screen TV with cable channels and a tea‑and‑coffee maker.

The breakfast was outstanding, the rooms were clean, the service efficient, and the property itself located right in the heart of the city, but thankfully in the quiet part of town

We eventually argued and got the room we originally chose and paid for, which turned out to be a very good stay; however, we booked based on the pictures they had shared for a comfortable stay, and the room we were given looked NOTHING like what we had booked, with staff claiming it was a “issue” because they didn’t post the picture of the room we had been given; it looked like a spare room next to their staff cleaning with extra mattresses stored outside, and the staff were sad to see they weren’t equipped to handle the matter professionally. I refused to settle for something that wasn’t what we had booked and requested a refund, but they said it was not possible as they were “fully” booked and couldn’t give the room we had booked weeks back, stating it was “unavailable”; after an hour they said they would try their best and we were given a room that was suddenly “available”
