The place was clean, offered Wi‑Fi and a hairdryer, and the shower pressure was good. The location was excellent, just a one‑minute walk to a 7‑Eleven and a three‑minute walk to Central Pattaya. The bathtub was separate from the shower and there was no curtain in the changing area before showering. Three guests shared one room, yet there was only one roll of toilet paper and two toothbrushes.

The pool area is very relaxing and the gym is okay, though several machines are broken. The room comes with a small balcony, an electric kettle, complimentary water, and a small refrigerator.
