Access to the stores was fine, but you can't order drinks like water to your room, which is inconvenient since cashless payments aren't accepted; you also can't request extra pillows (even if you paid for them), a mug, or a fresh water glass; the room's cooling system isn't very effective, and there are no e‑wallet options such as GCash or Maya.

You would think a top priority would be the aircon. 2 rooms, neither aircon got cold. I cleaned the grill and filter of both, but the coils were completely plugged. Was told by the staff that maintenance always checked the aircons (lol). The bath mat was pretty much all black mold. The staff was very well versed in excuses, like they've had to use the same ones over and over again. I don't expect a lot for the money, but aircon is a top priority of mine, not theirs. I wouldn't recommend this hotel even at a value

A decent cheap place, a bit dated, with air‑cons by the bed that look like 1970s models but still work. The receptionists were friendly, the curtains blocked light well enough, and the beds and pillows were pretty good. The AC was noisy, there was no hot water in the shower or at the sink, no bedside lamps or controls by the bed so you had to flip the wall switch, no power socket by the bathroom sink although there were light and fan switches inside the bathroom next to the shower—adds a bit of excitement, I suppose. TV channels were fuzzy, and the room safe was locked.

My stay was fairly underwhelming. The hotel didn't provide breakfast, which was a letdown. Additionally, the bathtub was somewhat worn out. Overall, it was a mediocre experience.

I had a pleasant experience with the staff at this hotel; they were helpful, courteous, and went out of their way to assist me with a special request. The hotel's location and value for money were also major positives, along with ample parking. However, I did find the hotel's services, such as the lack of a restaurant or cafe, to be a bit limited, although the concierge offered a solution by allowing food pre-orders.
