The location was fine. However, medicine wrappers were still left beside the bed, and the back of the water dispenser was so dusty it looked like they hadn’t vacuumed the floor.

It was a sexy joint. The peep show booth at reception was a negative.

The hotel’s location was very good. The front desk female staff’s manner during the day was aggressive and rude, which was very unpleasant. The same issue happened at the “Atlas” chain hotel; the staff lacked training and service mindset. They wouldn’t accept my luggage for storage, which was very inconvenient.

The hotel is well placed in Shinjuku, and I checked in at 21:00 for the night. It’s very clean, comfortable, with many amenities in the bathroom and a bathtub large enough for two. The arrival is late (21:00) because the hotel is mainly used by couples during the day. Expect noisy nights, no staff accommodation to drop bags earlier (think lockers in the area), and English communication is difficult.

The price was reasonable and good. The same as other love hotels.
