“If you want three star experience for a five star price this is your hotel”

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the indoor pool. However, my experience was marred by a disappointing breakfast that fell short of expectations for a five-star hotel. The a la carte dinner menu was also lacking, and the service was slow. To make matters worse, I found the sauna and steam room to be underutilized, with the sauna at a lukewarm 65 degrees and the steam room at a chilly 40 degrees.

We were impressed by the hotel's cleanliness, staff quality, and location, which were all positives during our stay. However, after reading reviews beforehand, we were aware of the criticism about the weak menu, and unfortunately, our experience confirmed these concerns. Although the breakfast was sufficient for our needs, we were disappointed to find that many items were not available when we ordered room service. As a result, we ended up leaving the hotel without trying the dinner options.

I was pleased with the modern and new rooms, as well as the staff's efforts to resolve any issues promptly. However, I felt that a five-star hotel should have more basic amenities in the bathroom, such as shower caps. The dinner experience was also underwhelming, with a menu that felt more suited to a youth hostel. Additionally, the waiters only offered a large bottle of water, and the service needed improvement in terms of knowing when to clear tables and when guests were still dining.
