The location was good and breakfast was decent. The staff’s behaviour was unpleasant, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and the phone to reception never connected even after we asked. They also failed to deliver basic amenities like water, towel and soap, forcing us to go to reception to get them.

The location was fine. The experience was terrible: the booking was cancelled and we were not given the room we had booked. The toilet flush wasn’t working. The food was horrible.

The experience was very bad: poor service, unclean rooms, and disappointing hospitality. It wasn’t worth the money and I would not recommend this hotel.

Nothing. The window curtain was broken, the AC wasn’t working, and no one attended to the complaint even though it was raised. The staff were uncooperative, the restaurant was very poor and overpriced, and the kitchen was dirty.
