Location is very good. Hardly 5 mins drive from Kukke Subramanya temple. 1) The moment you walk into the check in desk you will be greeted with a smell of sweat and damp clothes. 2) Dirty pillow covers 3) Dirty towels 4) The restaurant too smells of sweat and dampness 5) Rooms smell damp 6) Room telephone never worked, so I had to run down to the reception everytime I needed any assistance. They couldn’t fix the phone inspite of repeated complaints 7) Very poor wifi in the rooms. There was a power cut too and once the power was back the WiFi was totally disconnected. No amount of retries helped. Again I had to run to the reception to get it fixed

“Excellent place to stay and it is 2.5 km from temple and has ample of parking spots with security.”

The price was reasonable. We had low expectations, yet the staff and the property surpassed them. It’s suitable for guests traveling by car and is 2 km from the temple and the bus station.

I arrived at night and left at 12 am, so all I can say is that the staff were cooperative and the room was comfortable.

The room was convenient for reaching Kukke, though you’ll need a car; there’s a restaurant below, which is handy. The staff were very lethargic and not proactive. The TV didn’t work; they kept saying they’d fix it but never did.
