The hotel served breakfast, but I skipped it after a big dinner the night before; because it rained on the day I arrived, the front desk let me check in early around 1:30 pm so I didn’t get soaked, and despite its age the property was spotless inside and out. They also offered a free airport shuttle, and both the reception staff and driver were very courteous, making it hard to find any fault at this price. The room I stayed in was a little small—fine for one person but a bit cramped for two—and the shower cubicle was narrow, making it tricky to turn around if you’re on the larger side.

The spot was convenient, breakfast was plentiful, they helped book tours and reminded us of departure times, and the service was thoughtful. The bathroom’s shower area is separated into dry and wet zones but feels a bit cramped and hard to turn around in.
