The staff are very friendly and the location is great, but the room was noisy late into the night because it’s on a street with bars, restaurants, and shops.

The location was great, but breakfast that was supposed to be included ended up costing extra and it was bad.

la très grande amabilité de tout le personnel, extraordinaire! (merci encore à Marisa) l'emplacement au coeur historique de Barcelone. les désagréments liés aux problèmes des salles de bain , robinetterie coincée dans l'une , lavabo bouché dans l'autre. En revanche, nous avons bénéficié d'une grande réactivité de la part de tout le personnel et la directrice nous a accordé un remboursement (que je n'ai toujours pas eu à ce jour via Booking) la qualité et le choix du petit déjeuner (manquent un vrai chocolat chaud, des yaourts, des fruits mûrs.)
