Location is spot on, room huge and spotless, reception staff friendly. The only gripe: the pools were cold, could use a warmer touch, and the sofa bed was a nightmare to sleep on.

Check‑in and check‑out were lightning fast, staff were attentive and helpful. The place itself is nice, well kept. The apartments are roomy, AC in every room, fresh air, clean, new appliances, you can cook if you bring your own stuff. Quiet, no disturbances, elevators work, covered parking, luggage cart to bring bags to the unit, pools are clean and heated, lifeguards for adults and kids, ambient music, on‑site restaurants, pizza, grocery – no need to leave the hotel. Perfect for families.

The apartment was brand new and super comfy. But the pool was a joke – tiny, I couldn't even get in, no tables around. I don't recommend it and won't come back unless they add more pools.

The room and the park were great, service amazing, all attractions good. But the room cleaning was lacking – they only took out the trash.
