I was disappointed: the room wasn’t clean, the bathroom lights were broken, and the whole place was moldy. They claim it’s a 3‑Star hotel, but that’s not the case.

The location was fine and the manager was incredibly kind, even refunding us for the second night of our 3 rooms without hesitation. Unfortunately, the motel itself was in terrible condition: bird droppings on light fixtures, cigarette butts littering outside the rooms, mold in the bathrooms, paint peeling from the walls, a pile of bugs in one room, broken windows, and plywood patches on the exterior. The deck was made of rotting plywood that seemed ready to collapse, and the bed frame was broken. We rented 5 rooms, knowing it was a low‑rate motel, but this was beyond that; two of the A/C units didn’t work, making it hot, and three people in our party left after the first night. It was shocking that the building hadn’t been condemned.

The front desk guy was friendly, but the room had a disgusting, musty odor that made me keep lotion and perfume close to my nose just to stay there. The beds were so old and uncomfortable that sitting in my car would have felt better. I stayed only until the rest of the night because my kids needed to nap. The place was unbearably hot, the A/C blew no cold air and smelled awful, and my 9‑year‑old was gagging.
