A very beautiful and breathtaking view of the ocean and green nature makes it a very quiet place, but the stairs are dangerous to go down and up.

The view actually to be honest. There are some insects inside the room, i think they should provide some insect sprays in the room, because it was night and i was fighting the insects, where at 3am in the mountains am i gonna get the sprayy. Secondly, the towels i advice to change please, its very used and when you clean your body it leaves small pieces of cotton, me personally i was not comfortable with that. I had to dry my self with hand dryer. I actually checked if there was more room available on the day of checkout, but there wasn’t any so the girl came to me at 11:30 AM. She was knocking on my door and she said I had to check out because there is a booking for the room, so I said to her that I needed to extend more 3 nights after that she said to me that the room I am staying is already booked by another client. I remember showing one client the room and he took pictures, all this was in good intention and afterwards I saw the same Cliente in the room so they will have prioritize me once I’m staying there and not make me get up 1130 with my boxers and get everything in my hands with my bag and had to change to another room that was discomfortable

“Overpriced, poor service, and not worth the money”

I paid a whopping $475 for three nights at this Phuket hotel, but what I got was a room with no frills and no service to speak of. The price didn't even cover a complimentary breakfast or a decent cup of coffee, let alone any basic refreshments. To make matters worse, I was charged $10 for two cups of hot water with honey. The staff seemed completely uninterested in making sure we were comfortable, which only added to the disappointment.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning - we could see the beach stretching out as far as the eye could see. That's about all I can say that's positive, unfortunately. The rest of our stay was pretty uneventful, but the view made up for it.
