The location was great for exploring the countryside and the park opposite, and the room and overall layout were very pleasant. Communication between staff and guests was lacking; the staff didn’t speak English, and the hotel’s operations were barely explained—no information in the rooms about door locks, departure procedures, minibar use, or other basic functions. This was the hotel’s weak point. A detailed guide in the room covering all operations and another with nearby sights would help.
