Gravity Haus Missoula

I loved the location and the space; it’s super walkable to downtown Missoula, the room was cute and offered amenities that few other hotels have (a free toiletry cabinet on each floor, a hammock, a cooler to take out and about), there’s also a nice little outdoor area, a café, and FREE PARKING (which is huge in downtown Missoula). The staff were super nice, and check‑in and check‑out were quick and easy. It’s definitely a bit loud in that part of town, especially on weekends. The bed we had definitely needed an upgrade, and the elevator was slow and creaky (though stairs are available).

Check‑in and check‑out were so easy, and the hotel’s text‑message communication was fantastic.

I found the place nice, quiet, and clean, and the nearby restaurant was good. Everything else was fine.

The hotel was very clean and had a great location, but I was disappointed that there were robes but no hot tub or spa. The instructions for entering the room were unclear, so everyone who arrived got confused; we had to inform other guests that you had to walk all the way to the coffee shop to get in, which was especially frustrating after a long drive. That was the only bad part.
