The room was super spacious, no outside noise could be heard thanks to sound‑proof windows. The bed was comfortable and everything looked very clean. They kindly gave us water bottles every day.

The terrace was great, but the bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep.

The location was fantastic, the rooms were the best I've seen, and the terrace was beautiful; everything else was perfect.

The bed, rooftop, and service were all excellent, but there was no air conditioning.

The space was large, airy, clean, the bathroom was big, and the location was close to the historic center; the staff were attentive, and we could leave our luggage before check‑in and after as well. However, the mattress was very soft and the pillows too, the lights were too dim—main spots could be brighter and secondary spots warmer—and the flush was problematic, it had to be filled.
