This unique and beautiful hotel truly captured a Maldivian vibe, with an incredibly stylish interior, lovely pool areas, and an exclusive atmosphere; we were lucky to get a sun‑lit terrace room that we appreciated. Breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety, and the option to choose from several restaurants was an extra plus. From check‑in, the staff were warm and consistently courteous. My partner celebrated a 50th birthday during our stay and was surprised with a complimentary chocolate cake from the hotel—a gesture we greatly appreciated. The gym was modern and well‑equipped. The location right by the sea added to the gorgeous setting. Overall, a special experience! However, the high price made us surprised by an extra charge for renting a tennis racket. The bed felt a bit firm for our taste but still worked. Even though the hotel sits beautifully on the coast, the nearby beaches were not particularly nice, and the village of Analipsi offered little besides a few decent beach bars and restaurants—details that are minor compared to the fantastic stay.

First of all, a high‑quality hotel! The restaurants are great, and the atmosphere feels luxurious; the reception was stunningly efficient. In terms of distance, we drove about 30 minutes to the city by taxi, which was pricey, so we used a Facebook group recommendation for cheaper rides to the airport. We booked the hotel on our wedding day, so I expected the hotel to acknowledge the occasion with a gift in the room. The pool water is salty, which we didn't enjoy as much, and the music throughout the hotel, especially in the lobby and pool area, was a bit much. We stayed three nights, paid a lot, and then had a few rainy days, which was a bit of a let‑down since there’s not much to do in the hotel on a rainy day except the restaurants.

The spot was spot on—right where I wanted to be, and it was super chill and peaceful. Nothing to complain about.

The resort itself is gorgeous and kept in great shape, with guests from all walks of life. Most staff were helpful and friendly, except for a short, curt young man at the main bar who was unprofessional when we met him that first night; otherwise everyone else was charming. The rooms were lovely, spotless, with comfy beds and good air‑con. The buffet offered plenty of options and stayed relatively uncrowded. Bring friends, but avoid a romantic getaway because the crowds and lack of privacy in rooms and terraces make it feel like everyone’s watching. The check‑in was a hassle, taking 25 minutes, with passports copied and returned, then taken again for something else. We were half‑board and told we could only eat at the buffet on the first night; when I asked why, the answer was simply “it just is like this.” That, plus other penny‑pinching moves, made us feel the resort was full of ideas but lacking execution. They used plastic spoons for ice‑cream and plastic water bottles in rooms—two per day—despite the size of the property; no sign of desalination or sustainability efforts, which stood out compared to other European spots. The stay wasn’t unpleasant, but it did feel a touch underwhelming.
