“Esperava muito mais”

Breakfast was great! They didn’t change the pillowcases or take out the trash from the previous stay. The bed was all messy when I got there.

They put two single beds together, and when I lay down there was a gap between the mattresses, as if there was only one layer on top, which made it extremely uncomfortable. The bed and the reception service were also disappointing when I arrived.

“Surpresa negativa na limpeza e odor de todo estabelecimento.”

Atendimento de um senhor na recepção foi muito bom. Localização próxima de vários pontos (porém com muitos moradores de rua). Café da manhã razoável, tem opção de café descafeinado. Recepção do hotel bonita. Nossa experiência em relação a limpeza não foi boa. A estrutura do hotel é bem antiga, o quarto e os corredores tinham um forte odor, acredito que de mofo, a piscina suja. Não tive coragem de tomar banho neste hotel devido ao mofo no box. A localização é boa, próxima de vários pontos, porém, perigosa, muitos moradores de rua. Acredito que antigamente este hotel era bacana mas hoje não tem manutenção visível. Precisávamos comprar água e o restaurante estava fechado, além disso não havia frigobar no nosso quarto

“Hotel com localização excelente”

The location is perfect for anyone near the POA bus station. The hotel’s atmosphere is great and the staff are very helpful.
