The location was fine, but the beds were terrible and old, the sheets were dirty, the power went out, I couldn’t charge my devices, and there was no hot water.

Location right in Polanco. The room was advertised as private bathroom. This is completely a lie and false advertising as it was shared bathroom with 4 other rooms. No Hot Water in the showers. The shower doors where hard to open and close. Towels provided were disgusting and not clean. People were just leaving their personal things in the bathroom. No Air Conditioning in the room and it was very hot. The beds were uncomfortable and I felt bed bugs crawling on my skin in the middle of the night. The room was dirty. The bed sheets were not changed at all. Floors were not cleaned. There's NO WIFI at all even there was a wifi passward given. Noisy people and didn't appreciate people ringing and banging constantly for 1 hour at the front door at 6am in the morning. The HOST WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD OF. I whatsapp and even called them, No answer and response at all. This is not a Hotel even though the Booking Ad made it sound like a Hotel. It's more like a shared Air BNB apartment and hostel style

The location was excellent for the price, the host was friendly and responded quickly to any questions, but we had no hot water because the heater’s system was confusing and we couldn’t figure it out; otherwise everything was fine.
