The spot was spot-on, just a few minutes’ walk from the main street and about 10 minutes from the Fortress, with plenty of cafés nearby and a market not far away; the reception staff were very helpful and informative, and the breakfast matched my expectations—except for no coffee! The manager was very accommodating, as I’ll explain. The hot water took forever to arrive, so long that I complained about having none; the manager sent someone right away, and once I realized I had to run the shower for a good 10 minutes, it was hot. The shower area was a bit grubby. Overall, the hotel felt a little tired, but it was worth the money.

The hotel is in the city centre, everything is clean, the staff are pleasant, and the breakfasts are delicious.
