The whole thing was dead quiet and there was a little market and bakery just a short walk away, which made the weekend workable. It did cost a bit more because it fell on the São João weekend, and the private bathroom was down on the lower floor with a stair that had no handrail, plus the bed frame looked a little worn even though it was clean.
