Nothing! My night didn’t happen despite my payment that you demanded the day before my arrival while the hotel was closed by court order! Since Saturday I’ve been waiting for news! You’re also mentioned in my Italian press articles, so you were well aware of the situation! It’s a scandal! Because of your lack of response I had to pay for another room in a hotel at double the price since it was 15 August! I struggled to find accommodation after riding 1300 km on a motorcycle! I hope I won’t have to go to court and accuse you of this dishonesty! I have sent you my distress many times, but you apparently had nothing to do with it!

I arrived at the hotel at 21:00 on the confirmed check‑in day, only to find it shut down for renovation despite a reservation and payment made six months earlier through the booking site, with a confirmed check‑in time. The building was inaccessible, empty and completely abandoned, surrounded by barbed wire as if it had been a construction site for months. This feels like fraudulent and dishonest behavior; I’ve attached photos to prove the state of neglect.
