Our room was exactly what we wanted; a fridge would have been nice but it wasn’t essential. It was well placed in the hotel and we enjoyed it a lot, as always, having stayed with you for many years. The church bells rang in the middle of the night, but that’s unavoidable and expected.

The location is great because it’s next to the Arco de Santa Catalina, making it easy to take nice photos without too many people; I think it’s the best location. Everything else is excellent: the hotel, the staff’s service, a nearby hotel offers a pool service at an affordable price, and there’s also a restaurant service.
