Had some major issues with this place - my Visa and Mastercard wouldn't work, which was a real pain. And don't even get me started on the shower, couldn't get the temperature right no matter what I did. Not exactly the best start to my stay.

The shower had hot water, which was a relief. However, I was surprised to find that the hotel doesn't allow drinking, not even in the restaurant - apparently that's common in India, but it would've been nice if that was mentioned on the booking site. I ended up buying beer from outside, but the "mini-bar" in the room was just a decorative box with a fan in it, not a fridge, so my beer was lukewarm within an hour. The hotel didn't even have a bottle opener, so I had to borrow one from next door.

We booked this place for our brother and his new wife as a gift trip to Goa, but what a disaster. The room was a nightmare, infested with bed bugs that left rashes all over their bodies. We had to switch rooms on the third day, but the damage was done. For a four-star hotel, it's unbelievable that cleanliness isn't a priority - would strongly advise against staying here.

This place was a mixed bag - it was quiet and comfy, being a bit off the main street, and the design was nice, with fresh furniture and a great mattress. The breakfast menu changed daily, but it was mostly Indian food, which wasn't what I was looking for. Still, the food was good, and I never left hungry. However, the air conditioning was a problem - it just blew air like crazy, with no way to adjust it.

The food here is really tasty, and the location is super convenient for visiting all the local spots. Overall, a great experience.
