We spent a wonderful holiday at this place and felt absolutely comfortable. The apartment was spotless, welcoming, spacious, and fully equipped with every comfort. We greatly appreciated the owner’s attentiveness and readiness, who ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. Nothing was missing: from dish detergent to linens, to personal hygiene products. These small touches make a difference and show the high level of care for guests. Parking the car in the internal garage was also very convenient, as were the washing machine, dishwasher, and dryer, making the stay even more practical and enjoyable. The property is located in a strategic spot for anyone wanting to visit the beautiful Salento beaches. In a few minutes you can easily reach Torre Borraco, San Pietro in Bevagna, Punta Prosciutto, Torre Colimena, Porto Cesareo, and Torre Lapillo. These are just a few of the wonderful places we visited, but there are many more nearby, all easily accessible. We recommend this place to anyone who wants a holiday focused on relaxation, comfort, and discovering a magnificent sea. If we return to the area, this will definitely be our go‑to spot. Honestly, we have nothing to report.

My room was spacious and came with a TV, electric shutters, air conditioning, and a zone thermostat. The property also has a washing machine, dryer, iron, dishwasher, and a kitchen. The bathroom is not attached to the room, but that didn’t bother me. The room uses a key‑card system, and there is no alternative way to enter if the card is left inside. Because the bathroom isn’t attached, I had to be careful each time I stepped out to avoid getting locked out if the door closed accidentally.
