The staff here have hearts of gold - they helped us with everything and were super friendly.
The hotel was clean and the staff were great, I'm definitely coming back on my next trip.
The breakfast was amazing, with loads of great options to choose from - really impressed.

The lobby carpet was dirty and old, and some facilities were rusted; they hadn’t been replaced or refurbished.
I had a very pleasant stay at the Novotel in Yangzhou. The room was beautiful, modern and very clean, and the breakfast offered a great selection. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. As a foreign guest, their support made my stay in Yangzhou much easier and more enjoyable. Without their help, I probably would not have had such a wonderful time in the city. Thank you very much to the entire team for your kindness and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again
